Warranty Policy
- Unibicycles must be contacted prior to returning any products for refunds, exchanges or credits.
- Customer must first fill in the Return Authorisation Form before returning products under warranty. Many products' warranties are handled directly through the manufacturer. The customer will be informed if this is the case when the form is submitted to Unibicycles.
- Proof of purchase (Tax Receipt or Invoice) must be presented for all warranty claims. No warranty claim will be accepted under any circumstance without proof of purchase.
- Warranty period for all goods purchased from Unibicycles starts from the date featured on the Tax Receipt or Invoice.
- The return process will be completed as quickly as possible. It is entirely dependant on manufacturers, distributors and suppliers.
- Unibicycles has a 3 day DOA (Dead on Arrival) period, whereby if a product is found to be DOA or fails shortly after purchase, we will provide a quick replacement. Products are subject to being tested by our technical staff before approval is given. $50.00 service charge will also be applicable for goods found non DOA, and costs for returning to the customer are payable by the customer.
- Any product sold by Unibicycles is to be professionally installed according to manufacturer instructions. Improper installation is not covered under warranty. Please seek professional assistance if required, to avoid paying unnecessary cost for replacement.
- All products sold by Unibicycles carry a minimum 12 months return to base manufacturer warranty. Warranties are supplied by the individual manufacturers and not Unibicycles. Vendor's details can be found on the Vendors Page. Certain warranties are handled directly by Unibicycles.
- Products returned for warranty claim will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturers. No financial refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
- Unibicycles will not be responsible for warranty returns not collected after three months.
- Any warranty stickers removed or tampered with will instantly void any warranty.
- Warranty will be voided if product is found to be mishandled, modified, tampered, abused, physically damaged, improperly installed or used, or caused by power surge/electrical faults/lightning strike.
- Certain product warranties are handled directly by Unibicycles. If you are unsure, please contact info@unibicycles.com.au.
- Warranty returns found without fault will incur a service charge of $50.00 including GST. Products must be properly tested before making a warranty claim.
- Products with a fault and found to be in warranty, but have been discontinued by the manufacturer will be replaced with a similar product based on price and specifications.

Liability
- Unibicycles will not be held
liable in any way for incidental, consequential or indirect or direct
loss resulting from faulty goods supplied by one of its retail stores
or website.
- Products returned which show evidence of user induced damage, overclocking or modification, will be denied.
- Under
no circumstances will Unibicycles be held responsible for data loss.
Backing-up of data is the responsibility of customer. Faulty hard disks
are repaired or replaced by manufacturers and it is assumed that data
has been backed-up by the customer.

Returns Policy
- Goods may be returned to Unibicycles for credit at Unibicycles discression. Goods returned can be exchanged for a product of equal or greater value, or a credit voucher for the full amount (less restocking fee).
- Credit vouchers must be used in one purchase and are valid for two months. Unibicycles will not replace lost credit vouchers.
- Unibicycles does not offer cash refunds for incorrect, incompatible or unsuitable goods purchased. The Customer must select goods carefully before placing an order. Unibicycles staff can offer valuable advice.
- Under no circumstance will Unibicycles offer credit or exchange for non-faulty goods that have been opened, used, damaged or modified. Products returned must be resold or returned to suppliers so it is important to return products in the same condition in which they were purchased.
- Unibicycles does not offer \"instant\" or \"advance\" replacements.
- Consumer\'s rights to refund will be in accordance with the Australian Trade Practices Act.
- Unibicycles must be contacted prior to returning any products for refunds, exchanges or warranty faults. Any product returned without going through the return process will be rejected. The RMA Form must be completed and approval given before returning any stock for any reason.
- Goods mis-shipped (different from those ordered) must be reported to Unibicycles within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. By opening any packaging, it will be deemed that the customer has accepted the goods and all returns will be rejected.
- Due to copyright issues, opened software cannot be returned. Please verify your system requirements prior to opening the packaging.
- Stock returned to Unibicycles may incur a 20% restocking fee. This fee is charged for administration and depreciation of products.
- Shipping costs or any financial charges are non-refundable.
- Cancellation of specially ordered items will result in a 50% restocking fee.
- Unibicycles reserves the title of ownership to any additional goods mis-shipped as result of our error.
- All shipping costs to and from Unibicycles or manufacturers and their authorised repair centres are at the expense of the customer.
- Products returned for warranty issues must be adequately packaged to prevent damage in transit. Original packaging should be used where possible. Insufficient packaging will result in warranty being voided.

Availability
- Products and promotions advertised are strictly "while stocks last" and may be sold out before promotion end. No lay-by or rainchecks are available.
- Item availability and prices are subject to change without notice. Contact Unibicycles on (03) 93475866 to confirm pricing.
- Unibicycles may be able to hold stock only if our level of stock permits and we may require a deposit. Stock without a deposit can only be held for 48 hours.
- The final price is in effect when you receive your order confirmation via email or phone.
- Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of any order is quoted from information supplied by Unibicycles's manufacturers, suppliers and distributors, and is an estimated time only. Unibicycles does everything possible to deliver on time and will not be held responsible if ETAs are not met.
- Unibicycles will guarantee allocation of stock only to customers who present a formal purchase order.

- Unibicycles reserves the right to make changes and corrections to prices, products and specifications without notice.
- Information and images contained throughout the Unibicycles website are only to be used as a point of reference.
- We
do not own or publish the content of the respective manufacturer's
website therefore the products we carry may sometime be different in
technical specification as described. If unsure and you have a specific
requirement for a product, please contact our sales team to confirm it.
Unibicycles will not be held liable for any incorrect information
supplied by the websites linked from our website.
- All
goods remain property of Unibicycles until full payment has been
received. Until title passes, Unibicycles can retain, repossess and/or
resell all goods.

Pricing
- All prices quoted on the Unibicycles website are inclusive of GST, but not inclusive of delivery. Products purchased with a cedit card may at times be charged a 2% surcharge. If this charge is applicable, it will be clearly noted.
- Pricing is subject to change without notice. Customers must agree to pay the prices listed on the order form at the time the order is submitted.

Sales Tax
- Insurance charges are optional and are to be paid by the customer at their request. Insurance cost $5.00 per $100.00 worth of stock. For example, a $300.00 order will have an insurance cost of $15.00 including GST.
- Prices quoted do not including any shipping or insurance charges.
- No orders featuring a Post Office Box (PO Box) as the delivery address will be processed. The delivery address must be a physical residential or commercial address.
- Unibicycles will only process and ship orders to overseas destinations when payment is made via direct deposit.
- The Customer is responsible to be available for delivery and to sign and accept the goods. Redelivery attempts will be charged to customer if delivery address is unattended.
- Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
- The Customer is responsible for all freight charges, for redeliveries, refused shipments/incorrect delivery details and these are added to the invoice total.
- All claims for damage in transport/shortages/misshipments/misbillings must be reported to Unibicycles within 24 hours at info@unibicycles.com.au with the customer's name, invoice number and damage or error description if any. Save all original packaging material for return.
- Unibicycles will not be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. A claim must be made to the individual courier contractor involved.
- Split Shipments incur individual shipping charges.

Payments
- Direct deposits into the
Unibicycles bank account may take up to 48 hours to be processed by the
bank. Unibicycles has no control over this process cannot be completed
quicker by our staff.
- Unibicycles accepts Cash, Cheque,
EFTPOS (Cheque or Savings Account), Direct Deposit and Credit Card
(American Express, Visa and Master Card).
- Orders taken
in store for non-stocked items must be paid for in full prior to goods
being ordered through Unibicycles distributors.
- Payment
by cheque requires full customer details and is subject to a bank
clearance period of between 3 and 5 business days. Only after this time
are goods deemed paid for. Cheques should be made out to Unibicycles.
- Customers
paying by credit card must provide accurate details. These details must
be verified by Unibicycles's financial institutions.
